Hi, I’m Emma, the creator behind HughesofColour.

I design and publish a wide range of books — from children’s activity and colouring books to planners, notebooks, and wellbeing-focused creations. My work is inspired by real life, real families, and the belief that creativity should be accessible, comforting, and fun.

Alongside publishing, I sell my books at craft fairs and events, where I love meeting readers and seeing my work enjoyed in the wild. I’m especially passionate about inclusive design, gentle encouragement, and creating things that feel thoughtful rather than mass-produced.
